At Eaton Creek Farm, we provide a beautiful and customizable setting for your wedding or special event. Our core offering is the Eaton Creek Farm Rental, which grants you exclusive access to our picturesque property.

Included with base property rental:

  • Event Hours: 8am-10pm each day you have booked. Bar(s) for the event are opened at your choice and close 1 hour prior to event ending.

  • Mobile Restroom Rental: Our modern mobile restrooms are included in your Eaton Creek Farm rental.

  • Private Groom & Bride Suites: Two private and beautifully appointed suites, located between Field 1 and Field 3, for the wedding party to relax and prepare for the big day.

  • Built-In Bar at Field 1: A permanent bar located within the shop at Field 1, providing a convenient and stylish option for beverage service. Comes with access to cooler w/ drafts.

  • Base Dining Package: Includes tables and chairs. See add-on option below for option to add in our white lace cloths, chargers, plates, and cutlery.

  • Enclosed Easy-Up: Perfect for keeping food and desserts protected, this enclosed tent is an asset that ensures your catering spread stays fresh and beautifully presented throughout your event.

  • Complimentary Decor Inventory: We offer free reign to our extensive assortment of signage, cylinder vases with candles in a variety of sizes, wine barrel decorations, our beautiful wedding arch, and wood rounds. Please ask us about all the decor we have available; we want to work with you to suit your needs at no additional cost.

To make your event planning seamless and stress-free, we also offer a variety of convenient add-on services:

  • Complete Dining Package: Our curated package includes everything you need for an elegant reception. This includes beautiful white lace cloths, napkins, chargers, plates, and cutlery.

  • Outdoor Bar Setup: An open-air bar setup perfect for serving drinks to your guests in a celebratory outdoor atmosphere.

Our goal is to make planning your special day as easy as possible. These flexible add-on packages allow you to create a perfect event tailored to your specific needs.

Eaton Creek Farm Guidelines

Things to Know and Consider:

  • Base rental is currently setup for a maximum party of 120. Option to bring your own seating arrangements to add-on for a party size of up to 200.

  • Catered/Vendor food or ready-to-serve pre-cooked meals only.

  • If you would like hard alcohol served at your event you will need to provide a licensed bartender.

  • Beer, wine, champagne, and two pre-mixed specialty cocktails are allowable.

    • Ex: Polomas, Whiskey Sours, Margaritas, Mojitos, Dark & Stormys, Mules, Cosmopolitans, Old Fashions, Tequila Sunrise/Sunset, Etc.

  • Smoking in designated area only (close to parking area).

  • No hard drugs.

  • Limit pets to ~5 animals and please clean up after them! Kennel available for your use.

  • If you wish to include an Akshata celebration by showering the bride and groom - bird seed, rice, or flower petals are acceptable.

  • Vehicles left overnight must be removed the following day by 7:30am.
